问题根源找到了，那解决办法也就有了：


方法一

  1. 在google scholar导入文献时，不要直接打开，先把enw文件保存在电脑上
  2. 用记事本(或editplus)等文本工具打开enw文件
  3. 点文件－另存为，这里把编码改为UTF-8，保存文件
  4. 双击打开enw文件，导入endnote即可

方法二

  1. 保存enw文件到电脑
  2. 打开endnote，选File－Import
  3. 文字编码（Text Translation）改为“Chinese Simplified（GB2312），导入即可
